Iridology lesson – cholesterol and lymph rings
The cholesterol rings and lymph rings (also called the lymphatic rosary) are specific patterns in the iris that provide very valuable information about the cardiovascular and lymphatic health of a person. The cholesterol ring is a white or opaque band around the outer rim of the iris that indicates that the fat metabolism, the cholesterol or triglycerides level and the blood circulation are out of balance. The lymph ring is in the form of a chain of white beads or “rosary-like” spots surrounding the periphery of the iris, which is a sign of congestion in the lymphatics and poor elimination of wastes.
