Our heart is the muscle at the centre of our circulation system. It beats around 100,000 times every day. This continuously pumps about five litres of blood around our body through a network of blood vessels called our circulatory system. Oxygenated blood is pumped around our body as our heart beats. This blood sends nutrients and oxygen to all parts of our body. It also carries away unwanted carbon dioxide and metabolic waste products from the body. Our heart maintains blood pressure.
A healthy heart is central to overall good health. This is important at any age as there have been some unexpected deaths of young athletes and those who think they are superfit and healthy. Having an Iridology check can help spot and prevent heart disease and lower your risk of a heart attack or stroke. Sudden changes in vision, such as blurriness, dark areas or shadows could be caused by a blockage in an eye blood vessel. This can foreshadow a more serious stroke in the brain. By having an Iridology check up, these subtle and early damage to the tiny blood vessels in the eyes can be spotted and may predict the onset of cardiovascular disease.
Our eyes are often referred to as the window to the soul as the eyes express sadness, fear and joy. The iris, which is the coloured part of the external eye and its colour is normally dictated by ethinicity. Iridology is the study of the patterns and colours on the iris of the eye. This enables a person’s overall health condition to be determined. It is a non-invasive method of viewing the iris to determine existing or potential health issues. Iridologists use iridology charts to make these observations. The charts have been created after observation of a variety of irises over the years. Each marking and zone in the iris represents a different aspect or organ of the human body. The location of the heart in the Iridology Chart is between 2.00 to 3.00 clockwise in the left iris.

Iridologists utilise torchlights and magnifying glass and or iridology cameras to examine the patient’s iris to detect tissue changes, other irregularities and pigment patterns. Iridology is normally not meant to diagnose illnesses, but rather to detect impaired organ functions as a result of environmental toxins, stress, poor nutrition and fatigue. Iridology can therefore be used to detect early symptoms of heart function problems. Heart disease is one of the most deadly diseases in the world and it is therefore important if this can be detected earlier. This dysfunctionality of the heart at the early stage can be detected using iridology. Through Iridology, the abnormality of the heart can be detected. It is not possible to detect the severity or depth of dysfunctionality and further tests will be recommended once there is a concern spotted.
Health concerns such as high blood pressure or hypertension can be spotted using Iridology and Sclerology. Sclerology is the study of the sclera, which is the whites of the eyes. This is important especially if you have a history of such health concerns within the family. A ring around the iris may indicate increased blood pressure, as demonstrated by a slow metabolism. Hypertension, if not detected early, can lead to a range of life threatening problems such as a heart attack or stroke. Once these health concerns are detected, these life threatening problems can be minimised or avoided when changes to lifestyle and food intake are followed. Over the years, sadly, we have witnessed some patients either die or their health severely deteriorate within as little as a year when they did not heed our findings and warnings seriously and carried on with the lifestyle they were following prior to having an Iridology consultation with us.
It is important to understand that our genetics only contributes to a third of our human being composite. This means that any health concerns that may be in our genes from our ancestors can be improved or prevented if we are in control or take actions to be in a positive and healthy environment, including ensuring our body and mind is adequately nourished and taken care of.
Every year, the number of deaths caused by heart problems continues to increase, mainly as a result of misdiagnosis or misinterpretation of the heart disease symptoms. We urge readers to be aware of this disease by maintaining a healthy lifestyle and conducting regular non invasive checks such as using Iridology to enable these problems to be detected early. Those with heart disease have a higher chance of developing vision loss caused by age-related macular degeneration. The arrangement of blood vessels at the back of the eye is closely connected to the health of your heart. Iridology can therefore detect issues directly linked to health problems concerning the heart and the vessels in your body.
