What Can You Tell From Iridology?

Are you aware of What Can You Tell from Iridology? Our eyes are the window to the world and likewise, our eyes can be a window into the health of our body. Watch our short video to learn more.

Iridology is the study of the patterns and colours on the iris of the eye. This enables a person’s overall health condition to be determined. It is a non-invasive method of viewing the iris to determine existing or potential health issues. Iridologists use iridology charts to make these observations. Iridology Charts have been created after observation of a variety of irises over the years. Each marking and zone in the iris represents a different aspect or organ of the human body.

Iridology can show History of Illnesses and ongoing weaknesses in the body. It some cases, it can also show scarring from surgery on specific organs.

The following are some diseases or illnesses that can be detected using Iridology:

Anemia

This is iron deficiency where your body does not produce enough red blood celles because the level of iron in your blood is too low. This is detected from a blue tinge on the outer layer of the iris.

Cancer

Unusual lacunas or tear shaped markings in the iris or unusual dark spots are usually warning signs of cancer in specific organs. Iridologists will refer to the Iridology Chart to pinpont which organ is affected and recommend further tests specific for cancer to confirm the Iridology findings.

Diabetes

There are many forms of Diabetes. The main one being Type 2, where this condition causes too much sugar in your blood. An Iridology check up can detect this condition where there is a dark ring on the outer edge of the pupil. The Iridology check up cannot confirm for sure if it is Diabetes, however, when these rings are spotted, further blood test would be highly recommended to confirm the Iridology findings and severity of Diabetes or Prediabetes. Digestive issues and Constipation

A different shade or colour, normally yellow or orange just outside the pupil area indicates toxicity in the bowels, digestive issues and constipation.

Drug Deposits

Residue from intake of chemical medical drugs or other drugs will often show up in specific areas of the eye, indicating the drug has still not broken down completely and affecting specific organs. These residue normally come up as dark spots in specific areas of the eye. It could be chemical medication such as paracetamol.

High Blood Pressure or Hypertension

A grey or opaque ring around the iris may indicate increased blood pressure, demonstrated by a slow metabolism. If left untreated, this could lead to heart attacks, heart disease and strokes.

High Cholesterol and Arteriosclerosis

This is indicated by a white ring circling the iris.  This is normally caused by poor food intake, such as fast foods and foods deep fried in poor quality oils.

Liver Disease or Damage

The effects of excessive alcohol consumption or poor intake of nutritious food can cause liver disease or damage to the liver. Negative emotions such as anger, depression and frustration can also affect the liver. It is therefore important to have an Iridology check up as often, these negative emotions may be internal and not expressed by the person. Early detection can prevent self harm or in more severe cases, suicide.

Lymphatic Health

This weakness in the lymphatic area is common amongst those with blue irises. A poorly working lymphatic system causes tissues to become swollen with fluid. This is called lymphedema and results in swelling in your arms or legs. Too many toxins, poor meal intake and overexposure to environmental toxins can overload the lymphatic system.

Magnesium Deficiency

An enlarged pupil is an indication of the person being deficient in certain minerals, in particular Magnesium.  Symptoms would include muscle spasms, twitches and cramps, mental health conditions, irregular heartbeat and constipation.

Shallow Breather

An Iridology check up can detect breathing patterns and lung weaknesses. Grey spots indicate shallow breathing and insufficient oxygen feeding specific organs.

Stress

An Iridologist can see stress appearing in rings toward the edge of the iris like rings inside a tree trunk. One ring means the body is 20% stressed. The deeper set the rings are, the longer the stress has been affecting the body and the more effort it will take to improve it.
