How To Use Apple Cider Vinegar for Psoriasis
Apple Cider Vinegar is made by fermenting the sugar from apples. This turns the sugar into acetic acid, which is the main active ingredient in vinegar. If you’re suffering from Psoriasis, or acne, or eczema or any serious or minor skin disease, you need this particular ingredient. Watch our video and read further to learn How to Improve Your Psoriasis Using Apple Cider Vinegar.
Now be very, very aware of this. We see celebrity chefs and cooks on TV and documentaries, cooking with red wine vinegar, white one vinegar and spirit vinegar. Unfortunately, when you take those vinegars, even though you see those chefs cooking with it, they are actually very bad for you because they create more acidity in your tissues. This over acidity in your body is the main cause of Psoriasis and other illnesses and diseases.
You have got 75 trillion cells in your body and when you’ve got Psoriasis or that sort of skin problem like eczema, advanced eczema, it is guaranteed your cells are inflamed and acidic. So you don’t want to add any more acidity in your body, especially like red meat or these types of vinegars that we mentioned above. You may use diluted Apple Cider Vinegar as a face wash or toner as it will kill bacteria and therefore prevent spots and other flare ups on the skin.
So the one we recommend, and the only one we recommend is called Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar.
Now, let us tell you why we are so tuned into this one. About 30 – 40 years ago, we bought one of his books. Paul Bragg was a longevity expert from California. His daughter, Patricia and him wrote some amazing books about tricks to longevity, and he is the one that designed this particular Apple Cider Vinegar.
So what Paul Bragg did was to create a unique Apple Cider Vinegar. To this day, the company is vibrant, successful and its products are sold all around the world. You may purchase Braggs Apple Cider vinegar online or from most health food stores.
So what you look for is Braggs organic, raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the mother of the apple. Now why do we know that’s important? If you look there, you’ll see like a muddy base, and that’s where the residue has gone down to the bottom. So before you use it, you shake it, and you’ll see the liquid will become quite opaque, not like a clear vinegar. That’s the number one sign that it’s a great vinegar.
Now this is a brilliant vinegar for putting in your salads such as your potato salad or lettuces, your tomatoes and other dishes. It’s also good when you’re cooking say lamb, fish, chicken and other meats.
You can add two tablespoons of that in your pan, some extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, some coconut oil and you can make that as a base with some Sel de Guerande. To read more about Sel de Guerande, check out our separate blog below.
So what you need to do, when you buy this Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar, you can either buy the 946 mls or the 473 mls bottle. You are much better off buying the 946 mls bottle because you will be using it for a long time and it also works out slightly cheaper per ml. It’s a great addition to your health arsenal.
Including Apple Cider Vinegar to your meal regime regularly can improve digestion as it is a natural laxative. Many people who are ill are constipated and because of the waste build up inside the body, it adds to toxicity and as a result of our body wanting to excrete these toxins naturally, it is reflected via our skin, which is our largest organ.
Apple Cider Vinegar is also able to lower blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity. It is therefore beneficial for Diabetics or Diabetes prevention. It also helps reduce belly fat, lowers the bad cholesterol and improves heart health. It can also help lower blood pressure.
Apple Cider Vinegar has been used for cleaning and disinfecting, treating lice, warts, ear infections and nail fungus. It is also good for preserving food.
Give us your feedback when you start using it and we look forward to hearing from you.
