How To Determine Body Toxicity Using Iridology?

Our bodies can be toxic at birth or conception since we have been conceived by our parents. If either or both parents are already toxic at the point of conception, this toxicity will be passed down to their offspring. Symptoms of toxicity may include allergies, anxiety, arthritis, bloating, cellulite, colds, constipation, depression, digestive issues, flu, gas, gout, headaches, inflammation, insomnia, migraines, poor circulation, poor skin, respiratory issues, stress and swelling.

Those who are severely toxic internally will often be constantly feeling and being sick and sometimes even suffer loss of appetite, suffer from diarrhoea and vomitting. Toxicity in the body means having poison or chemicals that are harmful to the body. These may include chemical medication that may provide short term relief and temporary solutions  in small doses but poisonous when taken continuously or frequently in the longer term or in large quantities.

Iridology is the study of the markings in your eye, in particular the iris. The iris is the coloured part of the eye. Iridology can detect various health concerns even before any symptoms arise. It is a non invasive health check tool that is gaining popularity and knowledge around the world.

Watch and learn from our short video on How To Determine Body Toxicity Using Iridology.

Common signs of toxic overload include digestive issues, difficulty in concentrating or lack of focus, lack of energy, irritability and mood swings, tiredness and sleep problems. Iridology is a non invasive tool that can assess the levels of toxicity in your body. You can also check toxicity through blood tests which is invasive and takes longer to obtain results. Toxicity may be chemical, physical or biological. Chemical toxicity includes cyanide and aluminium. Physical toxicity includes radiation and exposure to harmful chemicals and gases.  Biological toxicity includes venom from snakes and other poisonous animals and plants.

You can help flush toxins by keeping your body adequately hydrated with alkaline water and coconut water. However, many toxic chemicals such as from vacinnations, use of pain killers, radiation and metal poisoning can stay in our bodies for many years as they do not degrade easily. When you visit a Wellness Clinic such as ours, we will guide you on how you can undergo a natural deep tissue detoxification process to help remove toxins built up over the years.

Our liver is probably the most toxic organ in our body. The function sof the liver include filtration, digestion, metabolism and detoxification, protein synthesis and storage of vitamins and minerals. The liver filters all of the blood in the body and breaks down poisonous substances such as drugs and alcohol. It also produces bile which is a fluid that helps digest fats and carry away waste.

Using Iridology, we will be able to determine the health of your liver and other organs and also the levels of stress and toxicity throughout the body. We can then address the organs that require most attention and recommend food and drinks and even emotion management.

Toxicity does not only come from unhealthy food and drinks intake. It also includes negative thoughts, emotions and mindset. It will also increase if we live or work in a polluted environment such as the city or in factories or homes where chemical sprays and other pollutants are used.

If you have not tried Iridology or are still skeptical about it, give yourself the benefit of the doubt and book in for an Iridology consultation with a clinic such as ours. You will then be able to experience first hand and see for yourself what your iris says about your health and also implement natural solutions that we recommend.
