How Can I Check If I Have Diabetes
Diabetes is a disease that occurs when your blood glucose or blood sugar is too high. This is your main source of energy which comes from the foods and drinks you consume. A hormone called Insulin, which is made by the Pancreas helps glucose from these foods and drinks get into your cells to be used as energy. If you are suffering from Diabetes, and you come across this article, there is a very strong chance that you know other people who have got Diabetes or are Pre-Diabetic, and you need to share this article, which will help as many people with Diabetes or are Pre-Diabetic to recover or heal from Diabetes completely. We will also share with you the signs of Diabetes since many people may be Diabetic or Pre-Diabetic, without being aware. This is because the symptoms do not necessarily make you feel unwell.
Please watch our short video on Explanation of Diabetes.
Over the years, we have seen so many Diabetic or Pre-Diabetic patients, who have been to so many Doctors, and the Doctor has not even bothered to show them where the pancreas is located. We want you to understand that, if you have got Diabetes or are Pre-Diabetic, which is the pancreas being affected, you need to also look at your liver function and the gallbladder because these organs are mates and like buddies, they work together.
In order to prevent or manage Diabetes and other illnesses, it is therefore important to keep all the organs shown in the diagram on the left healthy. These include the liver, gallbladder, deudenum, stomach, spleen, pancreas, large intestines and small intestines.
Contrary to popular belief and common knowledge, Diabetes is not only a sign of weakness in the Pancreas and the Pancreas being the sole organ that needs to be strengthened or managed.
We can use a non invasive health check tool called Iridology to check if you have Diabetes. Please watch our short video to learn more.
The Signs or Symptoms Of Diabetes include the following:
Irritability. Our emotions often reflect our internal health. When our body is healthy, we are naturally happier and we get more irritable when we are in discomfort or are unwell.
Frequent Urination. This is especially having to pee more that usual, particularly at night. The frequency of urination of course also depends on how much liquids one has consumed during the day and before bedtime. When blood sugar levels are high, the kidneys try to remove the excess sugar by filtering it out of the blood. This results in more frequent urination, especially at night.
Unquenchable Thirst. This is feeling thirsty all the time without natural causes such as being dehydrated by being in hot and humid climates or doing strenous physical exercise. This is caused by the body losing additional water due to frequent urination. This can lead to dehydration and lead a person feeling more thirsty than usual.
Extreme Hunger And Unexplained Weight Loss. Have you ever wondered how some people can eat so much and not put on any weight? In fact they loose weight without trying to. People with Diabetes often do not get enough energy from the foods and drinks they consume. In Diabetic patients, the glucose that is broken down by the digestive system from food is insufficient and not enough glucose moves from the bloodstream into the body’s cells. This results in constant hunger regardless of how much or how recently one has eaten.
Cuts or Wounds Taking Longer To Heal. High levels of sugar in the blood can damage the body’s blood vessels and nerves, resulting in impaired blood circulation. This makes even the smallest cuts and wounds taking a lot longer to heal. This slow healing of wounds also increases the risk of infection.
Blurred Vision even with corrective lenses. Excess sugar in the blood can damage the tiny blood vessels in the eyes. This can cause blurred vision in one or both eyes, which may come and go. Permanent vision loss may occur if the damage in the blood vessels become severe so it is important to get these signs of Diabetes checked out urgently.
Fatigue. Please do not mistake this for tiredness caused by hard work or stress. Fatigue is extreme tiredness where you just want to lie down and sleep throughout the day for no apparent reason. This fatigue is caused by insufficient sugar moving from the bloodstream into the body’s cells.
