What Causes Psoriasis?

Psoriasis is a condition that causes red and crusty patches of skin covered with silvery scales. This  is a common skin condition that affects millions of people around the world. Our skin is our largest organ and it reflects the levels of toxicity in our body. This toxicity is built up over time and can also be passed down by parents to their babies. This is because at the time of conception, if either the father or mother is toxic, these toxins are passed down to the next generation and in some cases, future generations as well. For this reason, we often encourage parents to be, to plan and detoxify their bodies before considering starting a family. It may sound like a chore, however, some level of good planning could save the parents and child years of hardship and expenses trying to treat illnesses such as Psoriasis.

We have met parents who wonder why their babies or young children have Psoriasis or Eczema. What they fail to realise is, babies are created from adults. At the time of conception, should the biological mother and/or father be toxic, the toxicity will then be passed onto the embryo. It is therefore important to ensure both parents are as healthy as possible, prior to attempting to start a family. This is a main important factor that most couples take for granted or overlook when starting a family, whether planned or unplanned.

Our skin naturally tries to remove these toxins that have built up over time and these may show up as pimples, acne, eczema or even more seriously as Psoriasis.  Pimples and acne are milder symptoms of toxicity and often common in older children and young adults as these toxins have slowly built up over the years. When we are younger, most of us are not so mindful of what we consume and it is often convenience and fast foods that are highly processed and cooked and prepared in the cheapest and fastest way. These ways of food preparation use oils that are not good for us and also chemicals such as aluminium which is harmful to our body.

Eczema appears mainly between in the cracks of the elbows or the back of your legs or maybe on your face. It is fairly mild so it does not show as easily as full blown Psoriasis. Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease that causes dry, itchy and thick patches of skin. Eczema is a chronic skin condition that causes red, itchy and dry rashes on the skin. Eczema makes your skin red and inflamed. It may be scaly or crusty and can also cause swelling. With Psoriasis, the skin is normally thicker and more inflamed than with eczema.

We have seen cases of Psoriasis where the scalp is fully loaded with very itchy skin, red cracking skin and the face is covered in it, the throat, the whole body, basically is covered in an itchy scaly skin, which drives you mad day and night. It is important to distinguish whether you are suffering from Psoriasis or Eczema as the treatments do vary. It is also important to understand that Psoriasis or Eczema is not contagious. However, most people including Doctors and Skin Specialists are so awfully offended, like physically offended, medically offended and mentally offended by Psoriasis or Eczema that they may be scared to have any physical contact with you and treat you like a leper!

Very often, even medical doctors and skin specialists do not fully understand the difference between Psoriasis and Eczema. Let us tell you the difference. It all comes back down to inflammation. Some people have got genetic tendencies, when their body is inflamed inside, in other words, their intestines are inflamed, their large intestines are inflamed, their kidneys, their liver, their pancreas are inflamed. They have a reaction to that, because of the genetic influences of the ancestors. They are the reaction to that and they can end up with Psoriasis, or Eczema.

However, genetics only play around a third of our human being composition as shown in the pie chart.  The remaining two thirds are the environment we are in or choose to remain in and the actions we take to lead a healthier lifestyle going forward.

Psoriasis is much more severe than Eczema. Psoriasis is caused by extreme toxicity, usually of the bowel, the large bowel, the intestinal bowel. Psoriasis is defined by, you get a lot of flake, you get a lot of bleeding, a lot of cuts of skins open, it’s scaly, it’s quite thick and it’s symptomatic of a large number of silver scaling. You can have it from the tips of your toes, all the way through in your scalp. As Psoriasis is much more severe than Eczema, it will of course take longer to fix. It is a very severe disease which comes about after over 10 years of what is called auto intoxication. It takes quite a while, it is complex and it takes quite awhile to totally heal.

Our bodies become acidic and more toxic with the consumption of more acidic foods such as meats, nuts and grains. This does not mean these foods are not good for our bodies. It means it needs to be consumed in the right quantities and balanced with more alkaline foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables.

Whether you have got eczema, rashes, skin rash, acne, lumps of the skin or psoriasis, you have always got to treat inflammation internally.  Do not listen to Doctors or Skin Specialists who only prescribe chemical steroid creams on the outside or give you a course of antibiotics. This may be a quick fix and convenient solution for you. However, it does not address the root cause of your Psoriasis. You must heal the body internally. When you visit someone like an Iridologist who knows what they are doing, they will examine your eyes, confirm you are toxic in the bowel and digestive system and then give you a natural remedy on how to fix your Psoriasis or other Skin Problems.

We have designed special proven protocols that work to help prevent or deal with your Psoriasis, Eczema or other skin concerns. These protocols, when followed properly, can give you relief within days or weeks and eventually help you to have clear and glowing skin all year round. Adapting to an improved lifestyle will ensure you do not suffer from Psoriasis or other skin problems again and in the unlikely event that you do, you can then reflect on areas of your lifestyle that may have changed and given in to temptation of eating convenience foods again or something you know you should have avoided or abstained from.

The main causes of Psoriasis or Eczema is consuming large amounts of highly processed foods that are full of chemicals and other ingredients that add to toxicity build up.  Using steroids and chemical creams may temporarily get rid of the symptoms, however this can be very misleading since we need to address the root cause of the problem, which is toxicity. This is why many suffer unnecessarily for years because they look for quick fixes and not longer term solutions that will prevent the skin concerns from recurring. Hiding the Psoriasis with clothing, especially in warmer climates will also make the condition worse since you may be sweating from the humidity and not allowing your skin to breathe naturally. It is the same with wearing masks to protect ourselves from pollution and other viruses.
