Signs and Symptoms of Constipation

If you are eating 3 meals daily ,you should be having at least 2 bowel movements the next day to fully remove the waste from the 3 meals.If you are not experiencing that phenomenon it means you are constipated.You need to experience that phenomenon of 2 bowel movements daily with any foods you are eating.

However if you eat a lot of red meat and pork ,you are most likely to have very little bowel movements the day after you have eaten those types of meats .When you eat whole grains,vegetables and fruits your symptoms of constipation will be greatly alleviated.
