If you live in a Tropical country where coconuts are easily accessible, we highly recommend you consume at least one coconut daily or at least 3 to 4 times a week. If you live in Western countries where coconuts are not easily accessible or affordable, do attempt to drink a litre of coconut water from cans or cartons. These should be not from concentrate, which means you are drinking the coconut water that is not reconstitued with water. Do also ensure where possible, no sugar is added.
Following our above recommendations will go a long way in keeping you healthier for the foreseeable future.
