How To Treat Insomnia By Using Iridology

Insomnia means you frequently have problems sleeping. It is often caused by anxiety, stress and a poor sleeping environment such as when you are travelling and living out of a suitcase. For example, your bed may be uncomfortable due to a poor quality mattress or a room location where there is not enough darkness, uncomfortable temperatures, be it too hot or too cold and other habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol or caffeine or using electronic devices before going to bed.

Symptoms of insomnia include:

  • Struggling to fall asleep at bedtime
  • Waking up during the night
  • Waking up too early
  • Still feeling tired after a night of sleep
  • Tiredness or Sleepiness during the day
  • Anxiety, Depression or Irritability
  • Lack of focus or remembering tasks

Insomnia can be transient, which lasts less than a month,  short tem which is up to six months and chronic, which is more than six months. Insomnia can take a serious toll on our daytime energy, productivity, emotional balance and even your weight.  Adequate quality sleep is vital and not having sufficient quality sleep can completely undermine your health, even if you are eating well and exercising regularly.

We also age more quickly if we do not have sufficient sleep. Conversely, getting sufficient sleep has far-reaching benefits, including improved immunity and energy, enhanced athletic performance and decreased levels of inflammation. Most people sacrifice sleep to have more time to work on certain goals or enjoy their hobby or addiction such as watching TV for hours or playing addictive computer games or texting or scrolling on various social media till wee hours of the morning or even during the day. Whilst these unhealthy lifestyle habits are acceptable occasionally, it is not recommended in the longer term as it will affect the quality of our sleep.

Iridology is the study of the markings of the iris, which is the coloured part of the eye.  We will be able to tell from the eyes if you are constantly thinking or concerned about something. Using Iridology, we can then tell which specific organs require support so that the Insomnia can be fixed.  You may have sought help from medical doctors, chiropractors, ayurvedic medicine, Chinese medicine and even acupuncture. The solutions you have been searching for can often be found in your daily routine. When you have an in-depth consultation with a clinic such as ours, we will be able to guide you further to help you get the results you require.

Having an Iridology consultation can also help detect if you are someone who is constantly thinking of their next move or goal to achieve and having trouble relaxing and switching off when it comes to bedtime. It may be caused by anxiety or stress about someone or something.

An Iridology examination can also detect if your body is adequately hydrated. Our bodies are approximately 60% water, so we need to replenish the water after going to the toilet. Having a bottle of water always close to you, especially by your bedside is useful and will save you getting up to search for water during the night.  An Iridology examination will also be able to detect if you are suffering from insomnia or chronic inability to sleep.

Magnesium also helps calm our bodies and we personally use and recommend a supplement called Magnecal D from Usana Health Sciences, which contains a mixture of Magnesium, Calcium and Vitamin D because these three ingredients work best together.

Using our proven Iridology and kinesiology techniques, we can pinpoint the amount of Magnecal D supplements you personally require each day. This method is more efficient than taking what is stated on the label as one recommendation fits all various lifestyles and body requirements.

Surveys show that most people are generally consuming more calcium now than in recent decades. However, overall calcium consumption is still falling a bit short of optimal dietary amounts. Majority of people fall significantly far below adequate intakes of magnesium or Vitamin D.

Consuming more calcium than magnesium creates an imbalance that could negatively impact your long-term health. Vitamin D is another nutrient that continues to show benefits up to as much as 125 mcg per day. Studies have repeatedly been shown that calcium is most beneficial when taken with vitamin D and magnesium.

Fortunately, supplementing these abovementioned key nutrients is easy and, it is one of the best ways to reach more ideal levels that most of us fall short of.  You may use the link below to apply for your own Usana membership so that you can benefit from Potency Guaranteed supplements at the lowest membership prices.
