Our immune system is our body's line of defence from outside invaders such as germs, viruses, toxins and bacteria. It is made up of different organs, cells and proteins that work together. There are various contributors that can weaken our immune system such as stress and infections from viruses. It is therefore important to maintain a healthy immune system which will indirectly enable us to maintain great health all year round.
